What can I expect from the event?
This immersive quest will lead you through five rooms meticulously crafted to immerse you in the DUNGEONS & DRAGONS universe. Your adventure begins with a crucial decision: you must select your path as a rogue, druid, fighter, or wizard. Each choice shapes your journey, granting you unique powers and abilities you’ll need to learn and master for what lies ahead. You’ll then enter the storied Yawning Portal tavern, a gateway to realms unknown. An unexpected twist will propel you into the heart of a mysterious dungeon, where you’ll face perilous challenges, encounter legendary creatures, and meet characters whose fates intertwine with yours. The ultimate test of your courage and skill awaits—an epic showdown with the mighty dragon. After completing the quest, you can extend your adventure and enjoy DUNGEONS & DRAGONS-themed drinks and snacks in a bustling marketplace. You can also shop for merchandise at the experience’s boutique and book rooms to play tabletop DUNGEONS & DRAGONS with friends.

This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 60 min at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
No outside food or drinks are allowed. However, exceptions can be made for guests with special dietary needs/allergies, religious requirements and babies.
A counter is available at the end of the Immersive Quest with a selection of snacks and drinks.
Will there be interaction with the performers?
An immersive experience is an activity that transports participants into a captivating interactive environment by combining visual, auditory and sometimes tactile elements. The goal is to make the experience as engaging and realistic as possible, allowing participants to fully immerse themselves in the presented universe.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes. At the end of your quest, you’ll be able to spend some time in a bustling marketplace to shop for some DUNGEONS & DRAGONS souvenirs. Participants collect XP points during the experience, which can be exchanged at the end for store credits.
TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.

Can I make a group booking?
For groups of 20+ people or for private event requests, please reach out to us here.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
To ensure an optimal experience for all participants and to manage attendance effectively, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the time indicated on your ticket. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that late arrivals may not be guaranteed entry, especially if later time slots are fully booked.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).
Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is it possible to come with a stroller?
Strollers are allowed. For safety reasons, we reserve the right to limit stroller access to the exhibition in certain cases (e.g., during high-traffic periods).
Is the venue accessible?
This experience offers partial accessibility for individuals with disabilities. While the space is wheelchair-friendly, participation in all activities may not be fully accessible. Guests using wheelchairs are encouraged to bring a companion to assist with navigating the area.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
- Large bags (backpacks, large tote bags, large handbags, sports bags, water bottles, and any bag larger than 21.5 cm x 28 cm).
- Illegal substances (prescription medications in their original packaging are allowed, provided the participant presents ID matching the label on the prescription container).
- Food, beverages, or liquids in containers larger than 50 ml, or glass or metal containers (with the exception of special dietary needs due to food allergies, religious requirements, or restrictions, and baby food/formula).
- Weapons, laser pointers, and umbrellas.
- Professional photography equipment or audio/video recording equipment (no removable lenses, tripods, or drones).
- Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles.
- Pets, except for service dogs.
- Smoking in all forms, including e-cigarettes and vapes, and cannabis consumption is prohibited inside the building or within three metres of any exterior doors.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event will include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, taking photos and videos for personal use is allowed and encouraged. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please do not use your flash. Tripods are not permitted and must be left at the coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: The Immersive Quest is accessible to everyone. However, children must always be accompanied by an adult to ensure a pleasant and safe visit. Please note that due to the nature of the theme, some younger children may be more sensitive to the content. While there is no age limit, some situations may be upsetting to young children. Bring children under 4 at your discretion.
COSPLAY
Do I have to wear a costume to attend?
Costumes are not required. Many of our attendees enjoy wearing costumes (“cosplay”). However, it is not a requirement to wear a costume to attend DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: The Immersive Quest.
What is the costume and harassment policy?
DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: The Immersive Quest reserves the right to reject any costume at any time and for any reason. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding hate speech and discrimination. Any garments, accessories, or displays associated with Neo-Nazism, racism, sexism, profanity, or any other beliefs that promote hostility towards individuals based on their race, gender, sexual orientation, or religion will result in immediate removal from the premises, along with the entire party. Our event is a space dedicated to safety, inclusivity, and respect for all. Any costume deemed inappropriate at the sole discretion of DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: The Immersive Quest will not be permitted.
What is your props policy?
All DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: The Immersive Quest attendees must comply with federal, provincial, and local laws regarding weapons, imitation weapons, and props, as well as their usage. Attendees are reminded to exercise caution when transporting weapons or props to and from the event, ensuring they are securely stored in bags or containers to prevent public alarm. Under no circumstances are attendees permitted to possess or bring actual weapons to the event. Any unlawful possession of weapons will result in denied admission or legal action
